Hunter Brody #3 Commits to Stevenson University (NCAA D-III)

The Vermont Lumberjacks are proud to announce that defenseman Hunter Brody (Erial, NJ) has committed to Stevenson University (NCAA Division D-III) for the fall of 2016.  The 6’1”, 190-pound blueliner has been a consistent part of the Lumberjacks defense the past two seasons. Brody is such a positive influence on our team and the organization. We are proud to be associated with such a great young man! He is truly someone who can keep a locker room fun and loose.

“Brody is a first class young man and has earned the respect of everyone associated with the Vermont Lumberjacks.  Brody will be a terrific representative at Stevenson University. We know as an organization Brody will be a great addition and contributor to Stevenson University”, commented Mr. Lary, owner of the Vermont Lumberjacks

“Brody has good hockey sense and has been very steady for the Lumberjacks on and off the ice the past two years.  Our organization is extremely proud of Hunter Brody.  We wish him the best in his pursuit of a degree, his hockey career and will be excited to follow his college path beginning in the fall of 2016. ” stated Lumberjack Head Coach Doc DelCastillo.

Upon making his decision and commitment Hunter Brody said, “I am honored to announce my commitment to Stevenson University for this upcoming fall. I would love to thank my family, Mr. Lary, Coach Doc, and the Lumberjack organization for everything they have done for me over the last two seasons. It was an honor to wear the logo! It is now time to take the next step in my journey and I am every excited to do so. Go Mustangs!”.

Brody’s commitment is the 4th NCAA commitment from the Vermont Lumberjacks this 2015-16 season.  The Vermont Lumberjacks organization, proud members of the Eastern Hockey League (EHL), congratulates Hunter Brody on his commitment to Stevenson University.
