The Vermont Lumberjacks organization is proud to announce Zach Sarnowski (Venice, FL) has committed to Southern New Hampshire University. (Northeast-10, NCAA Division D-II) for the fall of 2017. The 6 foot, 180 pound forward has 17 goals and 12 assists (29 points) through 36 games of the 2016-17 season.
We are very proud of Zach. He has given a solid, consistent performance and is a very skilled player scoring some big goals within a very short period of time with the team. A great young man, we can see he has a bright future on and off the ice at SNHU and will represent them well.
“Our organization is excited for Zach and wish him the best in his pursuit of an academic degree and his hockey career. We look forward to following his college career beginning in the fall of 2017. ” stated Vermont Lumberjacks Head Coach Doc DelCastillo.

I would like to thank my family, teammates and everyone in the Lumberjacks Organization for giving me the opportunity to play the game I love an extending that to the next level next season.
